Helen Andrews
Our Head of Nursery has a longstanding background in the care sector, having spent many years supporting adults before moving into early years. She comes from a big, loving family and is a proud grandma to five beautiful grandchildren, who inspire her passion for child development every day. She holds a Level 3 qualification and has gained valuable managerial experience throughout her career. Helen loves watching the incredible progress children make, and her commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment is at the core of her practice. She believes strongly in building positive, trusting relationships with parents and staff, confident that working together is the best way to support each child’s unique journey.

As experienced therapeutic foster carers, Tracey and Paul are deeply committed to children's well-being, development, and emotional support. Their passion for nurturing children extends far beyond the nursery environment and is reflected in everything they do.
Tracey is an award-winning foster carer, having been recognised as Foster Carer of the Year 2026 for her exceptional dedication, compassion, and unwavering advocacy for children. This prestigious award reflects her commitment to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. Her experience and child-centred approach have played a key role in shaping the warm, nurturing environment that defines Nurture and Grow Childcare today.
Together, Tracey and Paul bring a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and practical experience in supporting children with a wide range of needs. They are passionate about creating meaningful relationships and providing high-quality care that helps every child reach their full potential.
Their love of nature and sustainability is also evident in their personal lives, where they care for their own hens and bees, inspiring children to develop an appreciation for the natural world and the environment around them.
